What are serving at your Derby Party?

The Kentucky Derby is Tomorrow. Do you have your pick for the Running of the Roses? Since seeing the post positions I am starting to narrow down my pick. The number 4 horse Golden Soul with a 50-1 odd, just keeps coming up in the top of my mind. Enough about my Derby pick. We all have different picks.
 Are you planning on hosting a Derby party? Have you came up with what you are going to serve? Just in case you have not decided on what to serve I have gathered some recipes I have found on Pinterest that look to be some great party food.

I have been to lots of Derby Parties that the grill is utilized the entire day. So here is some yummy recipes just in case you plan on using your grill.

Grilled Corn on the Cobb.  Cut the the corn and half and you will have more to go around. I found this awesome recipe on the Martha Stewart website

 Another big food item to serve from the grill is pork chops. This recipe is provide by Mommy? I'm hungry! I have been so wanting to try this recipe, since I found it. It looks so delicious.

 Ribs are another good thing to cook on the grill.These just look mouth watering. This recipe is titled Grilled Texas Style Beef Ribs and I found it on Recipe.com.

If you are worried about the weather tomorrow. The showers in the forecast might drive lots of people inside your house. So here is some other great recipes that are always a hit at any party.

You can never go wrong with Chicken Salad Sandwiches. I serve this all the time and it gets great reviews. just place them on a croissant. I promise you, there will be no left overs. Get the recipe here.

A good appetizer to serve or to bring to any party is meatballs. These babies will be all gone before the party is over with. They are that good. The recipe was given to me by a good friend, who's family makes this all the time. I call the recipe Pat's Yummy Meatballs. Click here to get the recipe.
