Farewell Retro Re-pin Party

We have some important news to share with you today. Retro is celebrating 1 year of re-pinning today, and this is actually going to be our last Retro Re-pin Link Party. We have absolutely LOVED connecting with you and seeing your pins each week, but running a party takes a lot of time and effort. As link party participation has slowed down the past several months, we've been taking stock, and have decided to end the party on a high note and free up some precious blogging time for other pursuits. Thank you all for everything!

That being said, we still want to see your pins each week, so we will be turning  Retro Re-Pin Pinterest board into a group board and accepting you as one of our winners. Hopefully we can have just as much fun by making the party a 24/7 group board. Follow our Pinterest Board right here on Pinterest and then send an email to retrorepinparty@gmail.com with your Pinterest email address to receive an invite!

Please stay in touch. I am hoping to do a rebranding of my website here in the several weeks. The planning and organizing has been crazy. Have you ever went through a rebranding period? Did you want to pull your hair out?

Snickerdoodle Sunday #55

Hope everyone is having an awesome weekend so far. I am in the mood to put my Christmas decor out. Do you think my neighbors will think I am a crazy lady? There is a radio station where I am from that has started 24 hr Christmas music already and I am in the Christmas spirit. How early do you put your Christmas (Holiday) decor out? I do really need to have our Elf on the Shelf bring our Naughty or Nice poster. My little ones have been a handful here lately. But that is 7 weeks of moving that elf nightly. Hmmm I will have think about that. I would love to hear your thoughts on the subject.

Snickerdoodle Sunday #52

Are you having a Snickerdoodle type of day? 

I am having a blessed wonderful weekend. There is great things happening in my family. All I can say is that I am blessed and loved. Last weekend I hosted my son's first birthday. It went awesome.  Last week I told you all the at I was worried about rain. Well our prayers were answered because the sun was shining and the tempeture was just right. I hope to have a post about it this week. I have been trying to gather up all the pictures I took from all the different devices, so I can show the cool stuff that I did for him. Also for the next two weeks the Nifty Thrifty Family will be hosting two wonderful guest bloggers. So make sure you swing by each Monday and check out their great slow cooker recipes. 

There is still time if you would like to be a guest blogger sharing anything about slow cookers (Crock-Pots).  We love recipes, cleaning tips, storage tips, etc.
