Snickerdoodle Sunday #54

Hi everyone!! Hope everyone had a great Halloween. We got way to much candy. I was curious this morning on how much candy we had received thru the month of October, so I counted. We received 746 pieces of candy. This count is minus the candy that my husband and I have already taken to work and the candy that we have ate. I have no clue on what I am going to do with all this candy. Should I donate it? What do you do with your candy?

Now on to the party. I hope you all had a good week and it was not very stressful. Let's all take a break, sit back, relax and enjoy the party.

Snickerdoodle Sunday #52

Are you having a Snickerdoodle type of day?

I am having a blessed wonderful weekend. There is great things happening in my family. All I can say is that I am blessed and loved. Last weekend I hosted my son's first birthday. It went awesome. Last week I told you all the at I was worried about rain. Well our prayers were answered because the sun was shining and the tempeture was just right. I hope to have a post about it this week. I have been trying to gather up all the pictures I took from all the different devices, so I can show the cool stuff that I did for him. Also for the next two weeks the Nifty Thrifty Family will be hosting two wonderful guest bloggers. So make sure you swing by each Monday and check out their great slow cooker recipes.

There is still time if you would like to be a guest blogger sharing anything about slow cookers (Crock-Pots). We love recipes, cleaning tips, storage tips, etc.

Hello Everyone!

School for our little ones is fast approaching if not already in session. Are you ready to get back into the hustle and bustle of everything? I finally got my daughter all ready for her first day of first grade. I am usually not a procrastinator but somehow this summer got away with me. We took our last vacation this past week and I feel rested and ready for all the changes that next week is going to throw at us. Enough about next week.
