The Kentucky Derby is Tomorrow. Do you have your pick for the Running of the Roses? Since seeing the post positions I am starting to narrow down my pick. The number 4 horse Golden Soul with a 50-1 odd, just keeps coming up in the top of my mind. Enough about my Derby pick. We all have different picks.

A good appetizer to serve or to bring to any party is meatballs. These babies will be all gone before the party is over with. They are that good. The recipe was given to me by a good friend, who's family makes this all the time. I call the recipe Pat's Yummy Meatballs.
